Abstract - Two new Typhloreicheia Holdhaus, 1924 from the Nebrodi Mountains (Sicily) (Coleoptera, Carabidae, Scaritinae) - Two new taxa of the genus Typhloreicheia Holdhaus, 1924 are described from the Nebrodi Mountains (Sicily). The finding is interesting, since up to now species of this genus had never been reported from these mountains, the genus range resulting more widespread, extending to the north-east in the island. The two taxa are consistently different, and have thus to be considered non-conspecific. The northern one is similar to some of the species from the Trapanese (far west Sicily), from which it is mainly distinguished for the aedeagus shape; the southern one is related to the geographically closest Typhloreicheia binaghii Casale, 1985 from the Madonie Mountains, from which it is easily distinguished for the longer elytra and the proportionately much smaller aedeagus. The first is considered of species rank, T. stefanoi n. sp., the latter subspecies of T. binaghii: T. binaghii enricae n. subsp.
