Abstract - Two new species, of Panelus and Cyobius, are described from Luzon, the Philippines: Panelus (incertae sedis) philippinensis sp. nov., Cyobius philippinensis sp. nov. The male genitalia of Cyobius wallacei Sharp are redescribed.
